Common connection forms:
1. Flexible sleeve flange connection:
This is the most used form of connection in the Pressure Vent Valve. According to the shape of the binding surface, it can be divided into the following types:
1) Smooth type: used for valves with low pressure. The processing is more convenient.
2) Conump: high working pressure, can use medium hard washer.
3) Tenon and groove type: usable plastic deformation of the large Rubber Gasket, widely used in corrosive media, the sealing effect is good.
4) trapezoadder groove type: use oval metal ring as a gasket, used in the working pressure of 64 kg / cm 2 valve, or high temperature valve.
5) Lens type: the Viton Gasket is a lens shape, made of metal. For high pressure valve with working pressure of 100 kg / cm 2, or high temperature valve.
6) O-ring type: this is a new kind of flange connection form, it is developed with the emergence of various rubber O-rings, and developed, it is more reliable in the sealing effect than the general flat Sealing Gasket.
2. Thread connection:
It is a simple connection method, commonly used in small valves. There are two more cases:
1) Direct seal: internal and external threads play direct sealing. In order to ensure no leakage at the connection, lead oil, wire hemp and PTFE are often filled; the PTFE raw belt is widely used; this material has good corrosion resistance, excellent sealing effect, easy use and preservation, can be completely removed, because it is a non-adhesive film, much better than lead oil and wire hemp.
2) Indirect seal: the force of screw thread rotation is transmitted to the Valve Gasket between the two planes to seal the washer.
3) Quick unloading flange connection: use the clamp to seal the sealing O-ring and the valve body flange, to achieve a better seal.
