The construction principle of electric ball valve is especially suitable for manufacturing large diameter valves. Electric Control Ball Valve is not only widely used in oil, gas, chemical industry, water disposal and other general industries, but also used in the cooling water system of thermal power station. There are two electric ball valve: clip electric ball valve and Flange Ball Valve . The clamp electric ball valve is connected between two pipe flanges, flange electric ball valve with flange, and bolts to connect the two flanges on the valve to the pipe flange. The strength performance of the valve refers to the ability of the valve under the medium pressure. (3) The Stainless Steel Ball Valve for leakage prevention The durable valve seat is lined with stainless steel inner core PTFE cup or O-shaped seal at its outer diameter. The valve seat is made of tungsten and cobalt carbide with a large section, and the structure of the valve seat is further enhanced by an alloy corrugated spring;

(4) When the electric ball valve valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shear effect is generated between the V-type gap and the electric ball valve valve seat, and it has both self-cleaning function to prevent the ball core from getting stuck. The electric ball valve is especially suitable for pipeline scale and freezing or containing fiber and granular solids.

Remarkable features of the Electric Ball Valve:

1. The thrust bearing reduces the friction moment of the valve rod to make the long-term operation of the valve rod stable and flexible.

2. Anti-static function: set the spring between the sphere, valve stem and valve body to export the static electricity generated by the switching process.

3. Due to the good self-lubrication of PVC and other materials, and the small friction loss with the ball, the service life of the ball valve is long.

4. The convex steps of the lower mounted valve stem and stem head prevent the valve stem ejection. If the valve stem seal is caused by fire, metal contact can be formed between the valve step and the valve body to ensure that the valve stem is sealed.

5, Small fluid resistance, the ball valve is the smallest fluid resistance among all valves, even the shrinkage ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.

6. The valve seat has good sealing performance, using the sealing ring made of elastic materials such as PVC and other elastic materials, the structure is easy to seal, and the valve sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.

7. The sealing of the valve stem is reliable. Because the valve stem is only rotated and does not lift the movement, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to destroy, and the sealing capacity increases with the increasing pressure of the medium.
